Internal webcasting of important events.

Solution
Company Webcast made a webcast in 2007 and 2008 of the presentation of the annual report. An important merger meeting between APG and Cordares was also broadcast live on the Intranet.

Result
The webcasts have high viewing figures: roughly one-third of the employees (approx. one thousand individuals) watch the broadcasts live from their own workplaces.

"APG (formerly ABP) wanted to broadcast major events internally. We decided on Company Webcast because we were happy with the way we worked with them on external communication. The advantage of webcasting is that you involve people directly in what you as a company believe is important, and at the same time you provide information clearly and in parallel. Everyone receives the same message at the same moment. This ensures better informed and more closely involved staff. The little screen with PowerPoint slides in particular, which runs with the broadcast, is extremely practical for press conferences."
